Audra Angelique is a seasoned Vocalist, Writer, Composer, Musician, Actor, Chef, Audio Producer, DJ/MC, Creative Business Developer and Founder of Global Creatives United, a platform aimed at promoting global unity through creativity. Audra’s musical journey began at the tender age of 3, performing in musical theater and opera, and now she has created her unique style that blends neo-soul, nu-jazz melodies, tribal Latin, and African beats, hip-hop flavor, and world house remixes.

She has been recognized for her music and labeled a “soul phenomenon” by KDHX (88.1 FM), and legendary radio personality Johnny Rabbitt compared her to the great Etta James. Audra has also shared the stage with prominent musicians like Ben Kim, Tom Grant, Patrick Lamb, Al Caldwell, and Miss America 2001 Katie Harmon. In addition, she was selected to record the Harriet Tubman vocal parts and perform the vocals in the Workshop for the new musical “Freedom” in New York City. Winner of the Young Artist Concert, 1999, Audra “brought the house down” (The Oregonian) with Bernstein’s “Glitter & Be Gay” along with the Oregon Symphony and other selections.

Aside from music, Audra has dedicated her life to creating a legacy that leaves a positive imprint on humanity. She believes that everyone is a creator with unique gifts and purpose, and she encourages people to do what brings them joy because it will spread joy all over the world. She uses her platform, Global Creatives United, to promote global unity and lead by example, continuously shifting the world forward for the betterment of every living being.

Audra hosts a podcast titled “Ascend Now with Audra Angelique,” where she interviews joyful and passionate human beings on the planet. The goal of the podcast is to spread joy all over the world and bring about a true consciousness shift in humanity through unity. 

Audra sits on the board of a non profit organization called Play It Forward with the mission of getting musical instruments into the hands of underserved youth in St. Louis & around the USA. She is also involved with the non profit Harlem Late Night Jazz, keeping live music alive in Harlem & around NYC. Audra recently composed the musical score to the short film “Grasping For Hope” by Chasing the Sun Productions, was cast as General Hodera in the Audio Drama “Excelsior” adapted from the award winning book by George Sirios of the same name, composed, produced and performed “Hero Within (Excelsior’s Theme)”, composed part of the score as well as being part of the sound design team.

Audra’s message of unity, acceptance, and creativity resonates deeply with people worldwide. She is an inspiration to many, her music & energy continues to touch hearts and minds globally.
